WCFT invites youth to expose their selves, to optimize their potential expressing their ideas regarding cultural diversity and equality. The program includes a symposium program where you will have a chance to have a presentation from professional in the related topic and get involved. This might open your mind, inspire you, and broaden horizons. Moreover, you could challenge yourself in making an essay and academic paper, and present it in a forum. This opportunity will improve your communication skill for sure. The program will empower your potential in leadership, teamwork, creativity, innovation, communication, and boost your confident through a forum group discussion and presentation. Educative game and a networking session among the delegates and speakers are the additional value of the program. We are the young generation, the future leader of our nation, let us be an Agent of Change to make a better world.

Details: Delegates arrive at the airport and meet the committee. The airport assistance will be done once, all the delegates are gather. Therefore, while waiting, delegates will greet the others and get to know each other. From the airport, you will transfer directly to the hotel. After a brief break, you will enjoy a dinner and have a pre-symposium as preparation for the symposium in the next day.

Topic 4:How to Implement a Sense of Belonging, Sharing, and Caring to Reduce Cultural Diversity

Details: This is the D-day for the Symposium program. The speakers will present the topics of the Symposium and involve the delegates to be active during the program. Later on, delegates will be grouped, and discuss a given topic. Each group will have a chance to present their result of the discussion in a forum. All delegates will participate in educative yet challenging game. Furthermore, at the networking session delegates will have an opportunity to build a closer relationship with the other delegates for future collaboration through the networking session. The symposium will be ended with an acknowledgement session from the committee. Afterwards, the delegates will experience a wonderful collection of artefacts and treasures to have a fascinating insight into Thai history by visiting the Grand Palace. Eventually, delegates will be also guided to learn about Bangkok society by discovering the handicrafts, paintings, clothes, and the like in Khaosan Road.

Details: Delegates will visit a world class university and be active to observe the campus atmosphere. After the university visit, delegates will observe the World Heritage Sites in Thailand to get the Thai culture insights. They will explore Wat Pho and Wat Arun to learn more about the reclining Buddha temples including sculptures, architectures, chedis, paintings and crafts. Continued to Asiatique Market, delegates will experience the biggest market in ASEAN. This site will help the delegates to enrich their culture knowledge in Thailand’s market and society there including a particularly strong range of handicraft-type goods.

Details: Finally, the program come to its end. Delegates will have a breakfast together. After that, the delegates have to say a farewell among delegates and committee to close the program. Return to the homeland, and be the one who empowers and inspires others to be the Agent of Change to make a better world.
